2. Fortélis Extra consent form
Prior to treatment patients must be informed about the nature of the product, contra-indications and any possible side effects. It is recommended that patients are asked to sign the Fortélis Extra consent form. Patients should also be encouraged to follow the stipulated directions and recommendations following treatment.3. Recommendations
Fortélis Extra must be injected into healthy, non-inflamed and disinfected skin.Start the injection by pointing the tip of the syringe downwards.
Remember that Fortélis Extra can be stored at room temperature (30°C) and should be protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures (avoid freezing).
